Dance in clouds:  With our low-lying fog machines, we will cover the dance floor with a  thick layer of fog giving the appearance that you are dancing in the clouds. You will never forget that first dance moment!  $350

 

 

 

 

 

Uplighting and Wash Lights:  We use either par 36 fixtures or wash lights distributed around the venue to create a very special atmosphere.  $350

 

Complete dance-floor light package:  With 5 different light effects, we deliver a beautiful display of lights around the dance floor. $450

Slideshows: We produce a beautiful slideshow with 100 pictures projected on a 100” screen. $300

Monogram Projection:  We will display your initials or monogram, designed by us on a wall, floor, or big screen. $350

Contracts:

We work with a contract and non-refundable retainer fee. 

As soon as we discuss options, packages, and services, we will send you the contracts for you to review. You will be able to sign the contracts electronically. Then we will accept your reservation fees. The retainer fee will be applied to the performance fee established in the contract. 

Payments:

After we receive the contract and reservation fee, we will receive the balance at least 1 week before the event.  We will need to receive the check at least 2 weeks before the event to allow the check to clear. 

Important:

* Retainer fees are non-refundable.

* Cancelations fees will be applied for events canceled within 180 days before the event. Fees will be 50% of the performance fee arranged on the contract.

* Travel fees will be applied after we surpass the twenty (20) mile radius from our office at downtown Waynesville, at a rate of $0,90 per mile round trip (only on an excess of 20 miles)

* Hotel/lodge fee of $120 will be applied for events/venues with a distance of more than 200 miles from our office in Waynesville NC or for events finishing at midnight or after.

* The prices above are subject to changes during December and January of every year.

* The distances are calculated ROUND TRIP with no exception.
